ABOUT THE COACH

The coach behind the gates

Hassan Qaiser · Founder & Head Coach

Two-time Head Coach of Pakistan at the World Schools Debating Championship (WSDC). Fifteen years in debate, as a speaker and a coach. Online coaching for students aged 11–18.

THE STORY

Why I coach

I was the quiet kid. Back row, eyes down, hoping nobody would call on me. Then I found a room where none of that mattered. Nobody cared how I looked or how loudly I spoke. Only whether I had thought it through. In that room, for the first time, I was enough.

People ask why, after all these years, I still coach. Because debate gave me my voice, and I remember living without one.

That kid is who I look for in every class. The one who stands up shaking. Because I know what happens next. One day he sits down taller. One day she stops asking permission to be intelligent. I have watched it hundreds of times and it has never once grown old.

The trophies come, and they matter. But what matters more is who your child becomes while chasing them: a clear thinker, an honest speaker, a young person whose confidence does not need an audience.

Debate changed my life. I coach so it can change your child’s.
