Refund Policy
Fees and payment
This policy explains when fees paid to The Debate HQ are refunded. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions; if the two differ, the Terms apply. Fees are invoiced directly by Hassan Qaiser and are due before the start of each month or programme block. Blocks of 8–12 weeks can be paid in full or in monthly instalments. This website does not process payments.
Withdrawals and missed sessions
If a student withdraws mid-month, the current month's fee is non-refundable, and no further charges are made for future months. If a student withdraws mid-block, the current month's payment is non-refundable and no further instalments are due; where a block was paid in full, fees for the remaining whole months are refunded. Missed group sessions are not refunded; session materials, and recordings where a session was recorded, are shared where available. A 1:1 session can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; a session cancelled with less notice may be forfeited. If we have to cancel a session, we reschedule it.
